Other than the fact your drivers keep cancelling rides they initially accept, operators are useless at giving information regarding the status of your requested ride or when you can possibly expect a taxi. Irrespective of whether you booked by hours in advance or not.

Pre booked a taxi and never turned up, never using again, shocking service

Used app to book a taxi, or so I thought. No taxi no booking. Not sure how app Works. Was late for my train.

Trying to use an app. Not that experienced on it. Getting nowhere.

Entered mobile number during registration, never received code. Tried multiple times and no cigar. App is basically useless!
