Joom always take care of my problems concerning products .

Some products are with good quality so that it will last nearly a month..😄 no refund if the item got cancelled from the company. Damaged items are not taken back! Very poor customer service. 1/5

I’ve been waiting my order to be shipped for 5 days already, contacted the customer service to clarify when are they plan to send it and got a reply later! Then they told it will be send until the time I suppose to receive my order (as it’s shown on the order) I wish I never placed this order and defo won’t order again. Hope I won’t have to apply the charge back

I have been using Joom for quite some time now and am very pleased with their service especially their prompt refund service when things do not work out. Keep it up.
