Aplicație și produse de 2 bani spun ca livrează produsele nu le livrează aștepți ca prostu să treaba timpu să poți da ca nu ai primit comanda ,îți spune ca rambursează bani în cel mai scurt timp posibil dar nu o face și când întrebi la suport îți răspund ca au trecut cele 14 zile de rambursare niște jegosi infecți le-am dat o stea ca atâta s-a putut ca altfel le dădeam -5 stele jegosi

There are other sites offering same items, where you can track your order, and don’t have to wait 2-3 months for it to arrive. Nobody can tell me where my order is, tracking number does not belong to any of the known delivery services. They keep extending the delivery date so that I don’t get a refund. I can order of Temu and know where my order is every step of the way, but Joom has no idea where my order is, 2 months in.

I use it as a third option, but sometimes I find products/spare parts on Joom which I don’t find somewhere else, which is great. But, Joom is not my first choice just because of the bad shipping options. Most of the time it takes too long for shipping to arrive. Also, going through the local postal service is adding to the long wait. If you would improve the shipping process, perhaps by using a local private delivery company, I think I could use Joom as my first shopping choice.
