Cross app connectivity lets this down
This App is a good companion to the Max Total. My big gripe with it, and I find it strange in this day and age where almost all other Apps manage it, is the lack of ability to share completed workouts to Strava

No integration of entertainment apps ie Netflix, Amazon…
One device should be discounted (or free with purchase) and option to pay more for adding additional functionality. Works fine with the Max Trainer for adding workout. Would be 5 stars if less expensive.
Good workouts, nice videos to ride through countryside etc. good to be able to view Netflix and Amazon as well as use peleton. Annoying that it won’t sync with my watch to track heart rate etc. would be nice to have some rowing workouts. Would and also would be good to be able to link with Strava.
I bought the award winning Bowflex Select Tech 560 dumbbells and they worked fine via Bluetooth with the previous app free to use. Not only they killed it but they are expecting me to pay for the membership for this app despite the much better alternatives, for occasional home workouts (as I mostly train at the gym) for this app which doesn't pair with my dumbbells which are not even listed in the supported products. How to destroy a market and what was a happy customer.
The best trainers out personality into their workouts: Marc Cornel and King Hancock are rocking it
I used the free 1 year JRNY membership with my Bowflex 56 treadmill. At free it was too expensive. The app is full of bugs and each iteration of the software makes things worse. The WiFi connectivity is required at all times and whatever related hardware fails and loses connectivity. This results in the treadmill coming to an abrupt halt and end of training session - you can’t start again from where you were kicked out! It’s no wonder that Bowflex has filed for bankruptcy as their hardware is expensive but made with cheap components that only last 1 to 2 years. When you need a replacement console it’s another £1500 plus vat plus engineer costs. Couple this poorly made hardware with buggy software (and lack lustre training programmes) then the writing was on the wall Bowflex. Now I have a massive paper weight that is to repair and can’t be used with an app as the software services have been terminated. Please don’t buy any Bowflex hardware or subscribe to any of their services. You will be throwing your money away.
Just the right package for HIT helping Parkinson’s
The Bluetooth doesn’t work with my Apple phone, but does with my wife’s Samsung. The JRNY radio doesn’t work at all. We were told we could have five profiles on one membership but apparently it’s only one person per membership. We have reported these faults to bow flex, and JRNY two weeks later we are still awaiting a satisfactory response. The workouts though I have enjoyed.
Home Screen locked on download since update , been like it for near two weeks , contacted supplier of bow flex and JRNY keep getting fobbed off with excuses so have cancelled subscription as no point paying for something that doesn’t work
