They didn’t even call they just throw my parcel inside the apartment gate where a lot of other people live. Someone else could’ve taken it. Wish we could rate the rider in the app.

I cant track my order, completed list is delete. Why delete completed orders?

Hindi updated ang app. Ang lumabas na shipping fee sa app is P79 lang pero pag drop off ko sa branch naging P179 na, sabi ng mga staff hindi raw updated ang app. Sayang lang sa oras.

Very convenient to use and lesser SF with the vouchers and pag ibig discounts!

I’ve been using J&T app lots of times now, its easy to use and very convenient, however I don’t understand why they put a scheduling time sa pick up section when they don’t follow it naman. For my part its a hassle to wait for the pickup rider on that day not knowing what time they would come and lalo na kapag need ko umalis and wala padin yung pickup rider, kaya nga meron kayong time for pickups J&T bakit di niyo sinusunod? Tanggalin niyo nalang sa App niyo kasi wala naman din palang kwenta or please improve your service on this part.

Ok sana gamitin yung app kaso pag drop ko ng item sa J&T na malapit samin dinagdagan nila ng 4kilos kasi daw sa size ng pagbalot. Ewan ko ba ba’t 4kilos talaga dinagdag eh di naman kalakihan. Ibang iba sa shipping rate nung chineck ko sa app nila, 190 lang sana babayaran ba’t naging 400+. Ako pa nga bumili ng box ahahahahah

i had good experience so far. though ive seen reviews which are not, maybe the location of the courier also matters. my delivery was processed quick, the lady in the store accommodated me well, the app’s updates are reliable, shipping doesnt cost much. my delivery was somewhere really far off the city and i live on another island and it only took less than a hundred. thank you.

Reason nila may cutoff sa office.

Cant even search conveniently for a destination because everything is hyphenated. You have to scroll long list of similar location just to look for the correct one
