Level dropped

I enjoyed and loved this game but I give up. My level had randomly dropped by 200+ and I’m not sure how or what happened to caused this. This applies to all my boosters too, all gone.

The Levels not open

I have completed until level 3000, then it goes to cloud city and until now been playing that only, the levels in cloud city keeps repeating and not been able to go other levels.WHY?
