Level dropped

I enjoyed and loved this game but I give up. My level had randomly dropped by 200+ and I’m not sure how or what happened to caused this. This applies to all my boosters too, all gone.

I can’t continue after at 1324. Tell me to claim the rewards but can’t press the claims at all. Please look into it ASAP

The Levels not open

I have completed until level 3000, then it goes to cloud city and until now been playing that only, the levels in cloud city keeps repeating and not been able to go other levels.WHY?

Still cannot load game even game is updated. Game keep auto exit.. No idea why..please fix or advise..

No credits of coin purchased

I have purchased coins for more than 3 times for $29.90 each times and credit cards was credited into my statement for payment and yet no coins was credited to my games. How am I going to verify my credit coins when charges already from my credit card.

Been playing this game for a long time, accumulated much coins, lives, as well as levels. Suddenly ever since I changed phone and relog into my account, I lost all the lives my friend sent and the coins I saved so badly.
