Broken App. Horrible Customer Service
There’s a bug in this app that prevents the user from accessing “account settings” to sign out. I reached out to JumpSpeak for support and after repeating myself several times, their only response was a pre-packaged instruction to “Sign out of your current session.” Me: “I cannot sign out” —- JumpSpeak: “Sign out of your current session.” —— Me: “The app is missing account settings. There is no option on the app to sign out.” —— JumpSpeak: “Sign out of your current session.” ——- Me: “I cannot sign out. The app is broken.” JumpSpeak: “Sign out of your current session.” —— Me: “I’m done. Please provide a full refund.” Hopefully they give me my money back.
