I was expecting much more
Such a gameplay experience is pretty lame. Is this really a hidden object game nowadays? Which age is the target audience? I’m probably too old for this
Poor customer service and user management
Wooga took out the fun from the game. This game is not free anymore. They entice you and hook you on the game and then won’t let you play until you pay up. If you pay for items, they delete them. Basically stealing your purchased items. Do not recommend!!!

Hi 2 day cresh game me all close and out what a problem?
Game crashes during loading.
After the latest version upgrade 4 days ago, I can’t open the application on my iPad. Loading around 30% than crash. These bug fixes caused unuseable app and disappointed customer.
Love it but now keeps on closing
I am at a high level, nearing the end, but for days now the game folds on itself whenever I try to switch to one of the extra features or when trying to pass between two scenes. I fulfil one task, it is declared but when I want to reap the reward it doesn’t count! Please, repair the game!
Good game / Horrible instability
The gane crashes so often that is barely enjoyable anymore. Version update on the phone AND on the game does no difference. Developers should stabelize it somehow: either launch is an issue (reporting wifi connection shortage although it is working with anything else) or the app shuts down during clicks between the islands/watching ads/opening items. Technically everything crashes it lately

Since the last update the app is useless. It’s frozen and cannot play, plus randomly closes itself... I adore this game so please help! 😥
