Stay as far away from this service as you can. It’s spotty, unreliable, clunky to use, and has subpar customer service. Our company used them for 4 years and in that time they only became consistently less reliable. Many times I was forced to use my personal cellphone number as opposed to justcall due to the horrible audio quality through them.

The app only has a login, no sign up option. Tried to sign up on the website but it said my email isn’t accepted that I have to use a work email. How in the world do they know whether it’s my work email or not? Pretty bad user experience so I won’t be moving forward. Bye 👋🏻

Good update

Congrats, the newest update is a huge fail. It’s logged me into some random account and I can’t even login to my original account. The app basically freezes when going to the account page and gives no further options. I know I should never ever do an update on a new big release, but I made a mistake and thought I’d give you guys a chance…… Please fix this mistake asap.

Why can I switch the number on the desktop, but not choose the number I want to use on the app?

Maybe 3 years ago it sucked but today it is great

I read a previous review, year ago, and all the bugs (I.e. can’t hang up call, can’t answer call, speaker doesn’t work, headphones sometimes works, etc) are still an issue. Crap.

App force quits after sending sms message, I often get stuck on loading screens, and the thread view will jump up (and show previous or past messages) when I try to view a newly received sms message. Also the Bluetooth headset functionality is pretty frustrating. AirPods for example only consistently work if connected prior to receiving or placing a phone call, not during a call.
