I registered, but the login button will not activate. Useless

This is a scam I paid the 2$ for the premium version and never received it.

To update my earlier review: I emailed customer service through the App Store. I got a print reply and was told I could view the policies and terms on their website so I did. I was successful in getting the camera to connect to wifi. Next I will try the SD card and video capabilities. Original Review: I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I purchased the camera. What a scam! I looked at the developers other apps, and they are also either not rated or lowly rated. Not only could I not view the privacy policy or the system agreement, but when I click on app support, it goes to a Chinese site that I can’t even read. It doesn’t seem you can work the camera without viewing the settings on the app so unless they take a return for a full refund, this is going to be a small paperweight.

Camera appeared to work but app could not be used. It accepted no country and the cameras (3) were not able to be registered. I see from other reviews that it wouldn’t have mattered anyway as the memory card is useless. No support has been forthcoming and the help offered on this page is all Chinese.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Such a ripoff - spent 90 minutes trying to connect a camera and just went round and round with no success. If you are looking for really expensive hockey pucks for your bubble hockey game and want to frustrate yourself then buy these worthless cameras and download this terrible app. Only app I’ve seen where EVERY review is one star. Shame I didn’t see the app reviews until after I bought this trash.

To create an account they asked for an email address but never sent a code when I was trying to create the account. Couldn't figure out why the email field has a 1+ implying it wanted a phone number but it kept saying check your email for the code. Then it said if there were problems to contact their CS dept. but nothing was listed - no CS email or phone number, for that matter no homepage. I even tried to uninstall the app but there was no place to do that, not even in the App Store. I bought 4 so I could gift them as well, glad I tried it on my camera first or I would be the worst Santa in history. This is the worst I have ever been ripped off and I'm stuck with 4 of these bogus cameras and no way to get customer support or my money back - do any of you have an email or phone number for these people you could share with me so I can try to reach out to them? I also saw them on a best gifts of 2024 list, do they not check these products before they publish their lists?? Any info you might have on contacting these people would be much appreciated🙏🏻 Thank you!

Try downloading the app, but it would not let me log in. Micro SD card would not fit.i bought three and can’t even return them because they come from China. Postage more than cost of cameras. I feel duped and cheated. In the trash they go!

What a lousy purchase! Trying to setup account. Asks for email, then to get verification code sent to email, it puts a +1 in front of the address. So, thought maybe they wanted phone number instead. Nope. Did not come with SD card and nowhere in device literature does it share what size to get. Just that it is illegal to use a fake SD card. Okay. . . What a waste!

I am so embarrassed I bought this piece of junk camera. What a joke. It keeps turning itself off and disconnecting. This is my 3rd attempt at trying to get it to work properly. Yes, I can see an image for a minute and then it turns itself off again! I’m throwing it in the garbage and chalking it up as a learning experience. As for the memory card slot, pay close attention… the card has to be upside down and hugging the top or else it will fall into the camera. I was able to shake it out because I’m pretty sure it’s hollow inside!
