Just go see a doctor in person, tried cancelling and when you call it will say wait time is 1-2 minutes, however, you will wait for over an hour. It was so hard to reach them to cancel yet they were so quick to take the money. They wont refund me my money saying I am not eligible for a refund. Total scam.

Made an appointment for this morning. Got health history in and went to check in 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and got a message back that I didn’t have an appointment. Thought maybe they didn’t accept an early check in but right at appointment time I got the same error. Not a good look for a health provider.

This is honestly the best app you could have! In todays economy it’s so expensive for a simple doctors visit! Having unlimited doctors visits saves me so much time at regular doctors offices where I normally need to take hours off work to attend and saves me lots of money. 10000% recommend to anyone! They are so nice and attentive. If you have a concern at ANYTIME of day they are there for you!

I am dissatisfied with the service I received at this business. The licensed professional provided me with a hasty and improper diagnosis, and their responses appeared to be copied and pasted. As a consumer, I expect a thorough and thoughtful assessment. Unfortunately, it seems that this corporation supports professionals with improper diagnoses and rushed assessments.

Works great. Sometimes they never respond. Sometimes they dismiss you. Needed help today and just no one is active. Canceling this

Missed call and was charged $73 for no service provided even though I tried for an hour to reconnect like it told me to but no one was available.

Their website says they won’t charge you if they cannot prescribe and treat you. They determined I wasn’t a fit which is fine but then they charged me $49 anyway and emailed me saying they can’t refund me because of the terms of service on their website. I highly recommend LemonAid, Wisp, or literally ANY other company!!!

Very helpful and fast response and shared a lot of helpful information. I’m completely satisfied with my visit today! Will definitely be using more often.
