I think I was able to log in once or twice. I put in login info and press login and nothing happens, not loading, no wrong info, no error. It’s like I didn’t push anything. It’s always been like this. I have no idea how to log in. K12 online process doesn’t make sense. There are too many portals for this. Parent, coach, registration. It’s alldifferent and not user friendly or intuitive. The minds who organized k12 portals should not be organizing things.

After an update a few months ago I have been unable to log in on my iPhone. After multiple password resets it still doesn’t work. It’s been months. Is a fix on the way?

I keep running into issues where the iPhone application can’t load any information about my kids classes or schedules etc. I just see this spinning icon in the middle of my screen after logging in and selecting their name. Eventually it times out. Ive tried logging in on 5 different iPhones and have the same issue. I’ve also tried doing it with each iPhone connected to my home wifi vs using the mobile 5g data. When it works, its great! But over the past several months it’s hit and miss for me. I usually just have to login using my phone browser to see their schedules and grades. Seems like its an issue between the application and the back end or however the app pulls the data. iOS 18.1.1 (22B91) is what I use for my iPhone 12, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15. The app is hit and miss on all these phones

It takes ages to do anything on here. I cant update my own attendance sometimes. So bad, fix it.

It has very useful tools and easy to navigate but it has horribly slow response times, attendance can be documented and I’ll have to do it again the very next day because it doesn’t save. Many days I get logged out and then it won’t let me back in until I delete the entire app and redownload it. This is the second year with all the same issues. Too many error codes and freezing loading screens. Hopefully these issues can be repaired, since I see by other reviews everyone is dealing with the same problems.

Slow to open. Slow to respond. You would think the people who are educating our children through K-12 would be finding a way to make technology work. The concept is great. But it’s not a helpful tool half of the time.

Using my same username and password that I created the account with, I keep getting an error username or password not correct. I change the password; when signing in I get the same error. Why have an app that you can’t sign in to!? Not worth it and I can never get in touch with support for help.

The app itself when it works works, but the app is really super slow to load up. Anything I go to check the schedule and it takes a very long time to load up. I would say 2 to 3 minutes should show you one schedule for all of your children rather than having a switch between children, I feel like that would be more beneficial to be able to look at all of the children things at one time if you have multiple children.

The app only works about 20% of the time and the rest I can’t even log in! Please optimize it better thank you.
