Two days in a row can’t access site on IPad it just keeps spinning

i hate you and i cannot WAIT until Kaiser fails. You’re all wretched, sick, sorry excuses for human beings and you make me sick (and keep me sick)!

But I do know that you guys help a lot of people and I appreciate you guys for doing that. Thank you for all you do thank you for trying to help the people of Maui and I just hope and pray that you are all guided in the right direction in our hearts.

New version spams me popups "your session ends up after 15 minutes of inactivity. Stay signed in?" This is idiotic choice - nobody else does it - not my banks, credit cards, brokerages / nobody show popup that login will be expiring. Neither should KP app!

I have used Kaiser for a few years now, so far it fits the bill for my wife and I. I like the phone and video consults, the easy requests for/from your doctors, med refills, cooperative staff, and the facilities are usually okay. Its not John Muir, but it works and is affordable. I give the app and Kaiser 5 stars because it suits my needs at this point and thus far, it is what it is.

Try to use the KP app and receive “error” messages and “data is unavailable” many times. Not a one day problem. Receive email about new item in account. Nothing there.

no phone numbers available Online rx ordering has a glitch it doesn’t allow me checkout Appointment online are way out. Also you can’t make appointment for referrals to specialty Dr.

Using the shipping service is easy and convenient. I only wish that getting an appointment with Kaiser was this easy.
