Kenapa tidak menghitung dengan plfond 1M yah? Mohon ditingkatkan

I used to love this app but now it doesn’t seem to calculate the extra payment no matter how I input it

This calculator is invaluable for comparing different scenarios and payment schedules for any variety of mortgage products. The extra payments feature and ability to add in taxes is super useful as well. I can’t speak highly enough about how easy to use it is as well. Strongly recommend for any financial planning for a loan or mortgage product

I've been using this app for years. To me, it's a perfect as I could hope for. Simple interface but still plenty of options. You won't find a better mortgage calculator.

App was working fine at first but now I can’t even calculate a normal payment. It keeps defaulting to 100 years and it says to change to payment radio button. It’s getting annoying so I stopped using. Please fix

I was excited about it have 365 interest compound selection, I don’t have to open my excel worksheet. But it won’t calculate as 365. I think it’s not working.
