I’ve tried several times to enter my actual address. Won’t allow it. Cabs then go to wrong building. Stupid restriction.

The Karwa Taxi app has proven to be a consistently frustrating experience. Booking a taxi through the app takes an excessive amount of time, making it highly inconvenient, especially when time is of the essence. Despite being a critical service provider, the app lacks the efficiency and reliability expected in this era of technology. In addition to the poor performance during taxi bookings, I recently encountered a serious issue when attempting to top up my balance. On 7th December 2024, I added 325 QAR (100$) to my wallet via the app. While the amount was deducted from my account, it did not reflect in my wallet. I promptly contacted Karwa’s customer service hotline at +974 4458 8888 at 5:00 PM, only to be told they could not assist me. Following up on 8th December 2024 at 2:00 PM, I contacted the hotline again to check the status of my complaint. Shockingly, the only response I received was “Inshallah,” without any meaningful assistance or resolution offered. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Karwa Taxi’s reputation for poor service is sadly well-deserved, spanning from unresponsive customer support to app inefficiencies. I urge the developers to address these fundamental flaws and provide a service that meets basic user expectations. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

I occasionally use this app but when I need too. It takes about 10 minutes for a driver to respond to my ride request and more than 10 minutes for a driver to arrive when it indicates on the app either 5-6 minutes. Estimate time is horrible at the same time, the app itself is unfunctionable.

We place an order, and it gets canceled by you without informing the customer, and this has happened multiple times. I don’t think there could be worse services than Karwa’s, unfortunately 👎👎👎👎👎.

I don’t receive any code the app does not working well

The worst app ever I have tried every morning when you tried to go early for office this app will take more than 20 mints only for booking car

All my data history gone. Giving Error too: cannot take taxis. No update available. That’s sad we’re taking Uber now. Hope you will change all the app one dys. Wish you the best Karwa! Good luck

Horrible service they say minimum fare is 7 but its a lie especially from airport the minimum fare is 25 ryals which is a joke

Never get a message or email to verify my new account, so the app is useless.

When I was in Doha I was not able to make an account even tho I put down I'm from the us. I had to pay cash for the ride. I want to set up an account because the cab driver was super nice and understanding and very helpful.
