Karwa Taxi

Taxi driver can simply scam user by starting the trip without user on it. Now my apps being charge for trip that i was never on. Tried calling karwa centre, their respond is sinply is this is normal practice for taxi driver. How can this be normal? Normalizing scamming in qatar.

All my data history gone. Giving Error too: cannot take taxis. No update available. That’s sad we’re taking Uber now. Hope you will change all the app one dys. Wish you the best Karwa! Good luck

Horrible service they say minimum fare is 7 but its a lie especially from airport the minimum fare is 25 ryals which is a joke

Never get a message or email to verify my new account, so the app is useless.

When I was in Doha I was not able to make an account even tho I put down I'm from the us. I had to pay cash for the ride. I want to set up an account because the cab driver was super nice and understanding and very helpful.

What’s going on with with the app , couldn’t get a vehicle for me I’m Gharafa ,while Uber showing many vehicles around !!! Please do something !

I couldn’t even pass the registration form. Just keep on crashing
