I have been using the Kegel Trainer app for a few weeks now and in the just that short time , I have seen a huge , yes huge difference ! Stronger kegels , nice , well put together plans , easy to follow as long as you stay consistent with them. For me , I would recommend trying this App out for yourself, I was not disappointed and I don’t think you will be either. Thank you Kegel Trainer. Update 9/28/2024 : Been using the App for a few weeks now. Best keg app I have tried. The basic version is good but the paid version is much better, meaning: The plans are great and makes it easy to keep track of where you left off, very organized. The privacy feature is great , do them anywhere. Each level challenges you to a new way of working the kegels and you can go at your own pace. Also, for ED issue , please try the reverse kegels, they are challenging at first because it is the opposite do the standard way to do kegel. I have seen more progress including them in the workouts than the standard way. You will understand when you try them.
It works as far as I can tell! Ive recommended it to other friends and family. The app also helps out people with low income. I had no idea about that!
Personally, I try to land between 10 sessions to 20 sessions a day. Normally hitting 20 if there is a yeeks session that day. Even if she is a eater she doesn’t see my kids with this level of intensity. I highly recommend the app because it helps strengthen the PC muscle which when squeezed at 96% to E separates the big O from E.
I like this app, I haven’t bought it the subscription but I use the free version and it’s pretty good. It gives you reminders throughout the day . The free version gives you like 53 seconds so almost a minute of free squeeze but you can do it back to back and it does track the sessions still
Great app. I have tried all of the Kroger apps and this one is the best. It is easy to read and the settings are easy to adjust. NEW REVIEW This is an add on to my previous review. I think that for beginner kegel Users that the first level should start out slower to give people time to build up strength. For example instead of starting with 53 seconds start with 20 and work your way up. 53 seconds was daunting when I had never done a kegel before. Still a great app but changing it for beginners be a nice feature. Thanks. I am back from a long absence from the app. It is so easy to start up again. No learning all over again. I love it’s simplicity. It is simple yet very effective. I use the basic part of the app but if I wanted to I could use settings that would make it more complex. I like that I can have both worlds in one app.
I’ve tried several of the pelvic floor apps and found this one to be the easiest to use. This makes me use it almost every day — several times a day. Highly recommended!!
