What a waste of app Space in this world. App crashes App doesn’t open App does not display flights when it suddenly opens. Useless… Utterly useless

Kenya undoubtedly harbors an intellectual pool of talent that the airline should tap into to enhance the design of their application. The app experiences glitches and hangs quite frequently, and lacks innovative features, making it seem like a better option for the airline to function without it. The Sky team should feel compelled to amend these shortcomings. Not utilizing this app is a blatant indicator of their negligence. As this app signifies the airline, significant room for improvements is palpable within the airline itself, reflecting their image..

Alot of non working links. Can’t get your boarding pass on it. Useless popups after checking in. No comparison to the other skyteam members app. Poorly executed.

With all the tech talent in Kenya, surely you can create a better app and website. Travel Lass

The airline generally delays however my biggest concern is handling of baggage- have used them twice and all my bags are always damaged when I use them - I would not recommend them

The app is broken and never works. Kenya airways just does not answer any of the requests for support I’ve sent on emails or on WhatsApp. It seems that everyone was hired yesterday, and no one has been trained. I don’t know why they’re in business if they don’t want to communicate with customers.

Picking seats is really tricky, but if you managed to do that, then you get the 4620 error when trying to pay. I tried a few different credit cards. The app says my card was declined, but my card companies tell me there were no attempted charges, they had not declined a payment. Like I said, attempting to use the app was a complete waste of time. Well, except it will make those seats you picked unavailable for quite a while. So, uninstalling the application and reinstalling or trying a different device just ties up even more seats on the plane.

Breaking: A friend of mine was kidnapped in Kenya 🇰🇪 yesterday after arriving via @KenyaAirways in the airport. pls no one should go to Kenya for tourism/biz! You will b Kidnapped I repeat Youwill be Kidnapped. Kenya is kidnappers center ofthe world! Share to save lives.

Nothing comes up on the app or your website. How is a client supposed to manage the booking or make sure that their flight didn’t change for the 50th time?
