This is embarrassing don’t download it. Waist of data waist of time
I don't have the words to properly describe how badly passengers (and their own staff) were treated by Kenya Airways ("KQ") related to flight KQ761, that eventually departed Joburg, South Africa on 14th December 2023; at the Jomo Kenyata airport service desks (14th, 15th December) and the 15th December Nairobi-to-Mumbai KQ204 flight. The extreme, total lack of concern exhibited and the mayhem and anarchy that took place at JKIA customer service counters was off-the-charts appalling... KQ don't care that we missed our domestic Mumbai-to-Bangalore flight. Nor that we had to buy replacement seats at exorbitant prices. KQ doesn't care at all because there's no button in the app to log a complaint/claim... But, I'll make it my mission to spread an experience of inhumane behavior by KQ on any social media platform I belong to...
The app always hangs even on newest device and fastest connection.
Keep getting the error message “you have selected back and forward too many times” when I have not done that once. The fares are also ridiculous-way cheaper to book on the other platforms, even if you are booking a KQ flight.
You would expect better from a Skyteam Airline. The App moves very slow as if the servers are on dial up speed. It has limited features. When you try to reach tech support, the link sends you the company website. They don’t even have IT dept that answer emails about the app. Hopefully one day they will catch up to the rest of the world.
The worse ever airline I’ve ever witnessed, the inconsistency, lack of communication, unprofessional behaviors from their staffs and crew member both on air and at the airport.. I was supposed to transit in Nairobi to Johannesburg for 1hr 45mins but I end up staying for more than 9hrs in Nirobi and due to that I had to miss my appointment with the USA embassy in Johannesburg… furthermore , they’re thieves, cus they stole my 1000$ watch ( Versus Versace ) and my perfumes from my bag and kept only empty boxes … and on my way back from Johannesburg to Dubai , I was suppose to do a layover of an hour in Nirobi but I end out staying for 16hrs to get on the next flight and had to miss work ….
The app is non-functional and often freezes. KQ, please try, it’s 2024.
What a waste of app Space in this world. App crashes App doesn’t open App does not display flights when it suddenly opens. Useless… Utterly useless
With all the tech talent in Kenya, surely you can create a better app and website. Travel Lass
