Not good anymore

I’ve sort of gotten used to not relying on the app—something Kia wants to eventually charge me for? I don’t think so.
Newest version tells me I’ve got another request pending when I try to turn on the car, lock the doors etc. It was already the worst app ever, now it’s on another level…
Not user friendly Each command too much time
The automatic status update when app opens is the silliest feature ever. Please remove that and enable manual status update again.
The app has promise but the poor performance and reliability completely undermines it.
Not sure if it’s since the recent update or not but the app doesn’t respond as well as it had been. Lots of messages to “wait 90 sec while we process your last request” also doesn’t turn on the car as requested. Noting “it hasn’t been started in a while or is not in good signal area” in the meantime the time from last start shouldn’t be an issue if the service works well, and it’s sitting in the middle of the city in front of my house on a clear day. If you want me to purchase this service for $20/month it needs to work better than this.
It’s hard to use the features, and the remote functions don’t work. Whoever worked on the new version needs to be fired and replaced with someone competent.
This app needs to be fixed nothing is working anymore since the latest update keeps telling me that we can not process your request. This was a good app now it sucks
I had a heck of a time getting this app to work. It took Kia connect 10 days to register my car. Some sort of authorization issue on their end. Sometimes it seems to forget that I have an electric car and does not show charging status half of the time. It takes two hours for the app to update car info sometimes. Car locator does not work, I do not get notifications that the car is finished charging and I can not use the remote locking or unlocking features. I am not sure if this is due to my car or if Kia Canada needs to improve their infrastructure. It is a blight on an otherwise excellent car.
