Always says password is wrong. Even after successful reset.

Kickstarter used to be an open organization helping creative projects to get off the ground. In the last year however it has turned in a greedy money sucking machine. They can even silence the voice of a backer by blocking his account from posting, BUT NEVER REFUND HIS CONTRIBUTION. My advice - never trust these con artists and the projects they are supporting !

Great app, but it really needs dark mode option

Scam alert. Stay away from KS. It is not worth it anymore unfortunately. No support and no products after you pay for them in 50% of the cases.

The app keeps closing and can’t get it to work properly Been on kickstarter for years and I am not able to join projects any more

Can’t see anything for some weeks now, can’t see the projects I backed nor enter.

Because I didn’t receive shipping information of different projects, but only for payment of rewards, other receiving their rewards to their own address, but there are more of us via kickstarter that still and even after that their project is ended never receive ours😞

KS does not help you when scammed! And that happens way to many times!!

1. When browsing trough campaigns there is NO option to zoom in on images, so all i can do is rotate my phone to see an image that is a bit bigger. 2. Every time i switch from landscape to portrait or vise versa, the app loses all control of the list of projects, it always scrolls me to a random place in the list but never near the project i was looking at! Since there is problem 1 and almost all videos are in landscape mode, there are many reasons for switching to landscape mode, every time this is quite frustrating. 3. All administrations are linked to my backer number, that makes sense, what does not make sense is that it’s very hard to find my backer number! Make it obvious! 4. When a project finishes there is always a survey to confirm adres and add-ons, all external companies like Backerkit can do this, but if the project decides to use the Kickstarter survey all things go wrong. They don’t even know my backer number? Making problem 3 even worse! Now i have to leave the survey within the kickstarter app and go look for my number, then fill out the entire survey again (of course you refuse to save anything without my number, and you ask for my number at the bottom of the form) so finally i can complete the survey. Never seen an app that is so unfriendly to use!

If you think you opted-out everything in your account (yes, spam settings are on by default), it turns out there are still some other settings around the corner left that you forgot. Dark patterns alert…
