Downloaded the app, they charged me the monthly subscription then I couldn’t even create an account, called the bank to cancel payment but unable to as its still pending. The bank told me to watch my account for 3 years as these people are very clever and now have my bank details 😡
they have charged me for 101.99 AUD for 1 year on 3 trial day and cannot refund
Thought I was signing up for a Free 3 day trial (which is what it states) but instead was immediately charged over $100 for a full years subscription. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!
I downloaded this app. Never properly used it. Didn’t set it up. Deleted it soon after downloading. Discovered on my bank statement the next month, I was charged AUD$145 for an annual subscription. No refund, cannot contact the app developer.

Are that this app charges even if you have not subscribed to it. I was not made clear and I ended up being charges for an app I downloaded and then deleted but did not use it.
Upon downloading it gives you options of subscription, stating 7 days free trial and then $49.99 every 3 months. You click continue and that amount for the quarter changes to $81.99/3 months 🤬 what’s that about? The cancellation procedure is unclear!
