I loaded this App under IOS 11.0.3 and subribed to control one device for one month! But when I try to setup the premium control options - it dont work - always the same pop up - you subribed to premium for one device at DD.MM.YY the premium subscription will be renewed at DD.MM.YY unless you stop your subscription. No possibility to setup the control for one device.

This Kidgy find my family app gave me the exposure I needed with my findings. It won’t let me log in , I originally purchased the app in October. I would like to try it but like I said it won’t let me sign it.

The app is okay…… WHEN OT WORKS. Parent/child phones never stay synced. Child phone indicates the phone is still at home when I know it is not. It most cases I have to delete and the links in both phones before the apps communicate together. If the child is already out and they are not communicating serves no useful purpose.

This is scam. After i paid for the $9, it doesnt allow me to create an account. keeps getting internal server error. Dont buy!!!!

I like the app so far but I downloaded it for SMS tracker and can’t find it on the app. I called and got sent to voicemail and I emailed and never heard back. It would be better if the had some instructions on how to track your kids text messages.

Hello! I accidentally paid for a subscription for a year. I do not want to use this application. And I don't use it. I already sent you an email, but no one answered me. How can I get my money back? Thank you
