Ok so where do I start I hate this app. If you are a parent just FYI unless you want ur child to hate you then just keep scrolling. I am sick of this and I hope goddamn queso-tudio crashes because it doesn't deserve to stay in business. I hate this app.

I only rated this 5 stars so it would be in front, normally I would rate it 1 star. I am a 12 year old girl who bought my own iPad. My mom installed this so I wouldn’t be up to late at night. But this has caused my iPad many issues that I cannot control. When my mom unlocks my iPad it takes at least 5-10 minutes for it to actually work, and even when it is unlocked it causes the worst glitches, and now it takes forever for apps to load. I paid so much money for this iPad and I feel like the app took away my freedom. Of course I would say that to any app like this but even when I have time to play, my device will run very slowly or stop working all-together. Another issue is when let’s say I’m on for an hour, Qustodio will say I was on my device for 5 hours. Even my mom can prove it because the amount shown on each app doesn’t add up. This app has many disappointments, and no I’m not just saying that because I might be against time-limits, it has caused many errors for my device. 😑😔

I’m a 11 year old kid who has been using this app and it was all going good at first but since a few days the app has been bugging. I only spend 1 hour on YouTube and it counts as double and now it haven’t been letting me access anything on my iPad NOT EVEN CALL ANYBODY what if I have an emergency please fix this or just go ahead and shut the app down I would rate it zero stars if I could

My mom recently downloaded this app on my phone telling me it was for her to “check my location” I had my suspicions that this wasn’t what she said it was so I looked it up and low and behold it says that it can monitor calls,texts,etc. It can even monitor your notes? Tell me that this isn’t invasive? I honesty would like this app PERMANENTLY removed of my device. I’ve had Qustodia reply back to me and there response didn’t answer my question at all! I’ve had the worst customer service don’t even bother.

I am a 10 year old boy my mom installed the app to bully me I just hate it

My mom put it on both my computer and phone, it works well and fair on mobile. However, it makes my computer run awfully, online games especially, it gets really annoying. Is there anyway to fix this or no?

insane invasion of privacy, and lags my phone, takes up battery, etc. my mom out this on all my devices about a year ago and it’s gotten so annoying. i understand it is to make sure i’m safe on the internet but it’s an invasion of privacy. sending my search history, app opening history and the amounts have been on the app. it’s messed with my ability to use different apps which is very annoying because i have no intentions of doing anything bad. and not to mention, it takes my battery away a lot faster than it should because of background activity. it takes 18 hours of background activity and 30% battery within 2 days. insane waste of $10 a month to invade your child’s privacy.

Ok, so I’m a 13 year old girl, and my mom (since I only have one parent and I am an only child) downloaded this app, and now my teenage hood is ruined. I can’t text or call anyone after my “time limit” goes off, and I can’t be on anything after an hour! It’s so stupid! My mom controls my life and I don’t even have friends because of it. I’m literally so sick of it. I’ve gotten so hopeless that I’ve tried to run away multiple times, and have attempted suicide multiple times, though it failed. This app is stupid. I don’t think you realize.

This app is constantly annoying me it’s an invasion of privacy and it treats you like a 3 year old child. I hate the app on my phone and it blocks everything and doesn’t even track my location correctly.
