Kids App Qustodio

Once you get this app you can never delete it off the childs phone, its a terrible app. Once the screen times gone off the apps have never come back since, I get so stressed over this absolutely awful app, I hate this and whoever created it with a passion and I wish I could rate it a 0.

My parents downloaded it and paid for it now I can't do anything

Do not like this app at all it is horrible and will not let me call my mum at all when I would like too been download without my consent

parents can use this to spy on their children. control freaks

My son needed money, and I tried to send it using his bank app but this stupid app stopped him from even opening it. Absolute trash.

This blocks most features and stops my child’s mobile data

So it’s pretty much useless for our family. Also doesn’t notify child that limit is reached. The app they’re using just stops working. Otherwise the platform looks good. Would consider signing up if they fix these issues.

Locked my phone forever even when i deleted the app and its data, now probably have to get a new phone

So I’m a kid,and my mum installed this app because I spend “to much time on my phone” well anyway it was working she gave me 3 hours!!But I got really annoyed when it was time limit.So I begged her for time when it ran out (still do) but after it went out I asked her for time (this was last week) like always but when she gave me time it just didn’t work!So she tried again.It didn’t work so I waited till the morning and it finally worked but one time on a Saturday it gave me only 2 hours! Andy mum put 3 she was even confused!!Anyway now my phone is glitching :( when I go to play Roblox (an online game you need WiFi for) I had time because it hadn’t ran out yet but it was not working fast like before and I have to keep turning my phone off and on and swiping up and it’s really really REALLY annoying!!!!!!!I do not recommend to parents of you want to get your kids to hate you and for their phones to glitch. Oh before i go on the kids one the daughters/sons can’t delete the app only parents on their phones so if they delete their parent app by accident then there’s a chance your phone will be ruined.Thats my honest review on this app. From:an annoyed customer

I downloaded this app thinking that it would just stop some inappropriate things but the next day I saw that it had completely blocked every site and caused lodes virus to appear on my son’s laptop. He would have to use his friends ones instead of his own. I would definitely try this again if this problem gets fixed. Also the premium version is wayyy to expensive I didn’t see much of a difference but maybe if I had a lot more time on it I could see the change but it would have to be a month please change this.
