KIN Food Halls, with over 300 seats, cooks every dish to order, from a central green kitchen and using traceable, mostly organic and regenerative farmed ingredients. At KIN, you can taste lots of high quality dishes, including exclusive items and nostalgic street food from over 50 well known international food and beverage brands including some Michelin-starred chefs, all targeting to be below 100 HK dollars. In addition, it features an 18-tap bar serving a variety of local craft beers, natural wines, sake and cocktails and a pop up kitchen where chefs are invited to show their talent and create one of a kind food experiences.

The most rubbish app ever. First time i encounter an app that can’t even get past registration stage.

Worst verification system ever

Tried signing up several times. Failed to verify even after pasting the exact verification code from email. Then tried with different emails, same issue. Deleted app and tried again. Tried again on different phones. All failed. Then tried viewing the menu without logging in, and app hangs. Have never had such an awful user experience, absolutely miserable. If it’s not because I work at Taikoo Place and would like to have an extra option for lunch I won’t even bother.

Have to input credit card no. every single time

Very annoying that the APP can’t save my credit card info so I have to input every single time. I thought it’s a simple function for a ordering APP. Please fix it ASAP
