It’s faster ordering on site rather than through the app Or deliveroo

Very annoying that the APP can’t save my credit card info so I have to input every single time. I thought it’s a simple function for a ordering APP. Please fix it ASAP

Recommend by friend. 1) Tried signing up with fb, apple and google never got conformation email. 2) asked friend to order for me food arrived ice cold food 3 hours later 3) stop serving cafe de coral / fairwood food in fancy boxes. Deleting app now.

Ordering through app (eat in) requires to enter code written on the table and can only pay through stripe, which is probably uncommon in HK, I don't know what that is and tried to proceed to see if there's any instructions and an error message popped up. At least apple pay/google pay should be able to do the work. I figure I won't be coming back again and wanted to delete my account, another error message box popped up saying token invalid. Hope this can be fixed since the food court environment is great and cozy, shouldn't let the app ruin the whole experience.

Tried twice (sushi and Chinese BBQ meats). Both times disappointed with food quality, especially the roast pork which was tough like pigs ears.

The App could do with some improvement 1. What is the point of entering Code for the Day? It never changes anyway. 2. Having Apple Pay and Google Pay would help in ensuring a secure payment 3. The Credit Card scan function is good but would be better if it could really save your credit card details. Although it apparently offers to save the credit card details, it does not do it.

Placed an order. Said it would be delivered at 12:30pm and they would “let me know” when the order was ready. Tried to use the “contact Kin” function but it was not available. Couldn’t contact anyone to track my order after almost an hour of waiting for it. Glad my colleague had to attend a lunch appointment and did not join me in this otherwise it would have been so embarrassing ! At the end I found an email to which I could send my enquiry, the only upside was that the CS called me immediately trying to help but turned out there was a bug in the App that it didn’t receive my order, but had taken payment from my credit card. There’s no point making a fancy App if it doesn’t work properly. Have deleted it.

Complicated ordering process
