The updated app makes the fancy features of this bed inoperable. The old app connected with the bed. The update does nothing.

It never is able to connect to the WiFi never have been able to use. So disillusioned.

Doesn’t work if you don’t have notifications on. And if you turn off notifications then turn it back on later, you have to re-register your bed. Then when you actually get to use the app, it’s so slow or freezes. Can’t adjust the bed without this app installed, so useless!

Then they updated the app and it no longer connects to my mattress. Can’t reconnect unless I have the QR code from when I bought the thing, which is long gone. So now the app is completely useless instead of almost useless.

Why does the app require my notifications to be on?

At first it takes me to settings for some reason, then refuses to get off the main page. Useless.

This new update is terrible. It won’t even open on my phone. I’m soooo glad I paid a ton of money for a bed with an app I can’t use. .

The Sept 2024 app release looks better than the original. Folks don’t let the app be the difference between a good nights sleep. The bed is till excellent.

I wish they showed us this rookie app before we bought the mattress. Please update this app. It’s so slow, laggy and confusing. Tutorials needs more explanation and what the heck is self diagnosing and why is it on schedule. Nothing is explained properly nor easy to understand.

When you pay thousands of dollars for a “smart” mattress and get this, it’s a huge disappointment. They don’t show you the app in the store for a reason. Limited useful information on sleep. Timers don’t seem to work at all. The user interface stops responding to taps all the time; for some reason entering switcher mode seems to resolve the issue about half the time; sometimes you have to activate it and then go back to the app more than once.
