The KIRA STOKES FIT app is powered by The Stoked Method created by world renowned celebrity trainer Kira Stokes. The Stoked Method is a science-backed, form-focused, functional flow of movement formula.
Challenge your body with progressive strength, power, and fine-tuning exercises. Use different components of the app to meet goals whether you are looking for daily quick fix workouts to build endurance or for full workouts with a longer time frame. Workout selections are challenging, high intensity, and designed so recovery and mobility are built into every circuit to prevent injury and help you from ever having to put exercise or your progress on hold.
Clear, laser focused cues and movements will ensure the mind/body connection necessary to see and feel desired results. Kira Stokes’ The Stoked Method creatively combines strength and cardiovascular power moves. It requires minimal space and equipment. You will need: gliders or small hand towels, Pilates ball, a set of heavy and light hand weights, jump rope, and an exercise mat.

I look forward to my Kira time every day. I started the app when Covid hit and we couldn’t leave the house, and now that I have the choice I choose to get stoked! I feel strong and I love her motivation. I also love to share the workouts with my husband and teenage kids.
Kira Stokes fit app!!
If you haven’t tried this app get in here and do the 14 day trial!! This is the most complete app I have ever tried for getting in shape, staying in shape, or just adding to your workouts!!
Awesome workouts
I love the way Kira stacks her workouts. I’ve always gotten injured doing other programs. This is the first time that I've been able to do a program for over 5 months constantly 5 days a week without any injury. I love how she explains the workouts & tells you the weights you should be using for each workout.
Must Have!!
Kira is the best in the industry. Not only does she have a solid understanding of muscle makeup and what exercises are effective, but she curates workouts that are ‘bite size’ and doable throughout your day. This has been the only subscription I’ve been able to stick with and feel the results after each workout.
Get Stoked
This app is truly a game changer for working out! There are so many different varieties of videos, so you can pick what works best for you! What I love is that Kira Stokes is always adding new videos to the app which always spices things up! I’ve been using this app for a couple years now and the workouts have always been a highlight of my day! I would 10/10 recommend! ;)

Kira is a 5 star trainer!
Kira is a person who brings a smile to my face every time I work out to her app. I have worked out since I was 14 years old. As a mother of 2 beautiful daughters and Mimi to 3 precious granddaughters, I know i can’t look like I did when I was younger. To add to that, I am in menopause and have RA. My body can’t do what it used to could do. No worries! Kira has you covered! Her workouts challenge my muscles and she is truly the only trainer to transform my abs! Seriously! Let Kira continue to inspire you as she has me. I will keep my fingers crossed that she gets her triceps emoji also!😉
