Kitsap Credit Union

The widget is gone. That was something I used daily. The operating system update was months ago. They’ve had probably half a year to fix the widget.

I’ve had dealings with other banking apps before in the past. But Kitsap Credit union is by part of the best I’ve ever used. Thank you.

App would get a higher rating if it supported dark mode on iOS.

The mobile app could use some tweeks. The “secure chat” from within the app is cumbersome, requiring you to enter info that should auto-populate, given you are theoretically already securely logged in. Once you complete the message, the window closes and does not initiate a real-time chat.

The payment on the app is completely broken and not working making it hard to do anything. I wish they would’ve just kept the old app at least it worked….

App hasn’t worked in 3 days! What is happening

I don’t know which I hate more, the fact I can’t just make a simple payment on the website or how much of a pain this app is to navigate. The app makes it so that I can’t just make a payment with a credit card, I have to attach my bank account or set up a bank account with KCU. I don’t understand, don’t you want my money? Why are you making it so hard to make payments on my loan?

Icons for selecting certain actions are not uniform with other action buttons leaving the experience to apply for credit cards less streamlined than it could be.

I have not been able to deposit a check through the mobile app for months. I have an iPhone and the check deposit only works on my husband’s Android.
