Good value and it is cheaper than competitor

I was at Busan and not able to rush back to Seoul for next day DMZ tour. Called KkDay customer service, Sophie is very nice and changed the requested date and immediately emailed me a copy of confirmation. KKDay always my trust worthy choice. Another compliment is vVip tour company. VIP company special arrangement to arrange a mandarin speaking tour guide Sophia take care 3 of us on DMZ tour day. My teenage sons and I really had a wonderful DMZ by listening to experienced tour guide Sophia about the Korea History. I saw her run under the rain to borrowed umbrellas, she really caring tour guide. I really have confidence about this VIP tour company also no regret by purchasing DMZ tour from KKDAY. I really impressed with KKDAY good customer service. Will continue support KKDay in future.

My tour guide Nun was very knowledgeable and nice. Had a great time on this trip. Keep up the excellent work Nun and KKDay. KKDay is definitely recommended.

问客服这个，他们回答那个，问什么都不清楚，我之前想订大阪海游馆的票，一直都在等待中买不了，问客服说不清楚不知道，真的是无语，买不了票的话直接下架就好我一直更新一直看日期都差不多接近了都买不了，干脆直接官网买了
