Glitchy, hard to navigate and actually laughable they paid millions to switch over to this

Á sirka mánaðar fresti hendir þetta forriti mér af reikningum mínum og það er bara mikið vesen að skrá sig aftur inn skil ekki afhverju það var skipt út gamla appinu í þetta

ég hef reynt í marga daga að kaupa mánaðarkort án árangurs. Það er alltaf einhver samskiptavilla og ég hef skráð kreditkortið mitt margoft án árangurs

ALWAYS NO BUS I ARRIVE EARLIER BUT I ALWAYS WAIT FOR THE NEXT BUS IDK WHY!!?? Maybe fix your schedule. It badly affects my job!!

Fullt af frábærum lausnum þarna úti, en auðvitað þurftum við að finna upp hjólið. Klappið er algert klúður. Hvaða snillingi datt í hug að nota QR kóða??! Þegar appið virkar þá er það seinvirkt sem þýðir að það tekur langan tíma að komast inní strætóinn, sérstaklega á háannatíma, við það er strætóinn oft seinn. Í 50% tilfella virkar appið ekki, þannig að bílstjórarnir eru farnir að vísa manni bara beint inn. Hættum að halda að við getum gert betur en aðrir og nýtum okkur það sem aðrir eru að nota.

Horrible app. I i take four buses a day and sometimes even six times. Every time I have to worry about if my ticket will scan and if I will land with a bus driver who throws me out causing me to be late. It never wants to scan early morning and not to mention the info about buses never matches the physical Ones at the location. The servers are riddled with bugs and connection issues all of the time and if I didn’t have to take the bus I wouldn’t just because of this imbecile acting app

Worst imagine paying 10800 kr it is so expensive and there is no discount this app is not well made because it’s supposed to stop counting when you are not using the app and it’s supposed to have a place where you can post it because the money is just wasting even when you are not using the bus when you subscribe for months the bus ticket is just wasting and the app is very expensive imagine just buying a ticket for it to waste like that please do better about this app and add some adult discount 😡😡😡😡😡😡
