Gets the job done but patience required
This app does have its quirks, but it ultimately did the job it is supposed to do. Have patience. The user interface is well intentioned and nicely designed. The map and search functions had its limitations, but got the job done. What’s frustrating is that it did not always succeed in retrieving credit card info or tickets, e.g. making it seem I had no tickets. For me flipping between the various screens, forcing reloads, solved the problem, but was time consuming and confusing. Ultimately the app fulfilled its purpose, and I never lost a ticket or a purchase. Loading screens was painfully slow. Some of the slowness mtay have been due to me being a tourist from abroad (the data does a detour through the home country network), but it anyway made me wonder about the app infrastructure.
