I used to always have reward points! Now I have none. Ever! It makes me mad!!

I used to love ordering from the Kneaders app, used to be quite and easy. Definitely a downgrade now.
It was bad before. This recent update is even worse. It’s super slow and makes you take multiple extra steps for simple tasks. Customizing orders is almost impossible.
My account says I’m gold status, but there’s no gold menu available to me. Plus, I had a free chocolate dome reward from signing up that’s gone now too! Worst of all, the app will log me out, and when I try to log in at the restaurant, it gives me an error and I can’t scan for rewards. Then the app doesn’t have the option anymore to add the receipt to receive points after visiting, so I completely miss out on points. Terrible update!
It’s slow, looks ugly. The previous version was way simpler, faster and nicer
The new app is horrible and it overcharges you for everything! Example: a sandwich that comes with cheese it adds .50 for cheese. If you remove an item such as meat and add avocado in its place, it charges for meat and avocado. The old app did not have these issues. It also lost all of my rewards. HORRIBLE APP.
Previously, the app allowed you to scan receipts in order to get your points. Now you must input your phone number or have the app to scan the QR code to earn your points. My husband refuses to have anything installed on his phone and is the type of person who doesn’t want to bother with figuring out what phone number was used for rewards. He wants to get in, order, get-out. Now, I can’t scan his receipts for our points. :(
The new update makes no sense at all. I have spent a lot of money with Kneaders because I love their products, but this new app is so bad it’s pushed my business elsewhere unless I have time to “work through” my order. The previous version was basic but functional and intuitive. This one is the opposite of that. Please either update it properly or go back to the previous version. Even employees have remarked at how bad it is for customers.
The new app is sooooo unfriendly, it takes a long time to load and is glitching while doing so. That and the rewards restructuring is deplorable 🙃 I had less rewards than the prior, such a bummer because the old program really enticed me to keep ordering. Now it’s only been one time I’ve ordered and I used my computer because the app is aggravating.
I thought the old app was great, but they’ve replaced it with a redesigned app recently, and I am not a fan of the new layout. I really miss the old layout. The old layout was visually appealing and easy to use. The new app is just boring and tedious and I am not a fan at all!
