I’ve signed up for membership and it’s asking for sign up and on loading mode for an hour so impossible to use this app
To be paying monthly subscription is useless as you won’t be able to watch anything in peace. “Temporary error has occurred” shows up every minute once you watch something.
Truly the most glitchy app I’ve ever had, while the content is fine there’s so many issues with the app stopping, and forget about searching for a title it just freezes for hours at a time! And no, it’s not my internet connection so please don’t suggest that. My sister also has the same issues with this app. Certainly trying my patience 😑
Apart from app frequently asking to re-login, Apple TV by far the worst. After subscribe and download the Kocowa+ app to apple TV, it refuses to log me in at all. Stuck at loading page 🙄👎🏻 I’ll give it a go with the mobile app. If it doesn’t improve, i might cancel within a few days. Won’t wait for 14 days free trial to end. Heaps more other platform to watch K-drama here in Australia. 🤷🏻♂️
Since getting the membership, it is advertised for 9.99 AUD Per month but was charged 14.99!!! False advertisement! Since then the app has been so glitchy and always says error and asks me to sign in once again (probably every two days or so). This is despite updating to latest version….. Now it says error - default/ 2.0_staging….
Can’t watch anything during the 14 day trail, just browse their catalogue. They also charge in USD not in AUD.
I have uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times because once you closed it out, your stuck back on the sign up page. I’ve seen multiple reviews reporting this yet nothing has been done. Why is the mobile app broken?
I’m such a big fan of KOCOWA content and believe that they have one of the best content libraries for Korean titles. That said, I’ve been dealing with app issues for a month now where I have to keep deleting and redownloading the app. It seems like it’s a common problem for a lot of users and should have been addressed by this point. We would love to just watch shows normally and take advantage of our subscriptions!!
The appbus suddenly not working anymore. When I open it, it is stuck in the signup screen. I have to delete and redownload to be able to use it. If I close the app it’s stuck again so I constantly have to download it. I opened a ticket one month ago but not even an email about the issue. Seems like kocowa does not care for their customers. I will be canceling my subscription as this app is worthless.
