It keeps kicking me out on all devices. I try to sign in but it keeps taking me to the sign up page. I sign in over and over and over gain on all devices but it doesn’t work. I was able to log in using the website but it had the shows locked like if I don’t have an active subscription. Which I do, I just canceled it because I am tired of the app not working
After they updated the app a couple of days ago, the subtitles no longer work. I can’t turn them onto English. The only option is off.
Do I really have to re download every time I use app?
Ever since the Nov/Dec 2024 update, I have had to uninstall and redownload the app multiple times a day to be able to login and watch content. It keeps sending me to the sign up page with a never ending/changing loading screen every time I go to open the app. I am a paid premium member, my account and subscription is still active as I’m still able to login online via browser. I used to be able to remained logged in for a long time. I have reached out to Kocowa support but still haven’t received any response back to fix this issue. Both my phone iOS and Kocowa app are updated to the latest version.
Every day, multiple times a day, the app logs me out, and I can’t get back in without deleting and reinstalling it. I love this app but it’s honestly a real bother to constantly go through.
i’m glad playing into the next episode is fixed but what’s with the too many user or whatever that pops up when i tried to replayed a episode. ppl that pays the monthly subscription shouldn’t be going thru these types of issues. please fix it!!

I love the content. I have a year subscription that I always renew. Not liking that I have to constantly delete app and redownload and sign in everytime I want to use the app. This just happened within the month. My app is up-to-date and I only use it on my apple iOS iPad and iPhone. My Wi-Fi is strong. Other than this frustration, when it is a fabulous app with enjoyable content.
I like the content, but the app has never been user friendly—the search function is lousy. And now, not for the first time, they’ve released an update that broke the app.
