KODAK STEP Prints

No entiendo porque al editar una foto no me deja meterme en el apartado de marcos, lo pincho y seguidamente la aplicación se me cierra, alguien sabe porque? Tengo un iPhone 11

La app es bastante mala, a veces se cuelga y no hay manera de hacerla funcionar ese día. Además, si una vez abierta quieres añadir más fotos debes salir y volver a entrar para tener la opción de seleccionar más fotografías. Pero al ser la aplicación que va con la impresora mini de kodak, que sí que se ajusta a lo que necesitamos, la tenemos que usar.

I wonder who wrote this app, who reviewed it and who tested it. Terrible user interface from the start. You cannot login with the account you registered if you didn’t login for a while. Forget my password does not work. Printer does not get discovered. Well, I am lying here. It does some times. Pop up “Accessories “ dialog comes up empty. And when you finally connect and you try to print you get a “data error please resend”. Overall VERY bad. NOT Good. Kodak you should be ashamed.

I printed 4 pictures and now it doesn’t print anything. How do I fix this?

This has to be one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with an app in a long time. Maybe it’s just the printer or the app but it’s so annoying. I’ve been printing ok and printed 12-13 photos but now all of a sudden it says data error for anything I try to print and it makes no sense at all. It’s even saying it for photos that I’ve already printed as well.

Horrible interface! Just got my new Kodak Step printer and it’s horrible! I can’t print and when I do print it’s after many many times of shutting off the printer and closing out the app. Just a real bad experience. I’m returning the printer to Amazon. I would NOT recommend.

App no longer works w newer iPhones, please fix the app! Only got two photos printed and now it crashes every time, like similar recent reviews.
