Kogan Money Credit Cards

I have had to reset my password several times and it is locking me out even though i know the password is correct, it won’t let me set up Face ID, just goes into the spinning wheel of death. Very annoying App.

When I log on to an app such as this that is for credit cards. You need to put a short cut key for options to make payment towards the card, like most other banking apps do. To view you statement should be quick and easier to find like on the bottom panel where the other options are.

Mobile token was working. Now switching to a different account and can not activate mobile token with the phone. Please fix the problem.

The negative issues comment by other users are very real. Unable to get in to the app, block out of app when trying to contact customer service, no way to contact them by phone. don’t be fooled by the developer respond and thinking they would do anything. These comments are from years ago and I’m still experiencing the very same issues. It is like they are purposely made the app this awful so that no customer can get proper service. There must be some government authority oversees credit providers and have rules about level of customer support. I’m gonna find out

Shocking customer support, app continuously blocks me out. Set up payment to pay entire account, will not take funds till after due date which will trigger interest. Notifying the financial ombudsman & cancelling all services with Kogan AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

App is awful. Shows available amount but can’t use it. It’s not user friendly. Feel like it is purposely deceptive.

Had a very good experience with credit card overall. Can make their app update with more options but overall very good credit card and support.

Don’t be sucked in for the points. You can’t even transfer the points from your credit card (ran by Citi bank) to Kogan shopping app…..support is nil from both on this subject

Terrible app. The app signed me out and won’t let me log back in with “incorrect details” that I’m copying from the card.

I do not need to repeat what many thousands already wrote about Kogan services and app performance. I am one of those thousands. I am very frustrating every single time when I was trying to deal with Kogan. 😓 If you can, treat yourself and go somewhere else. Not with Kogan.
