Na proceed na yung payment today and biglang nag under maintenance ang app.

I spoke with a doctor a few minutes ago who answered all of my questions, worries, and concerns. The doctor even provided lots of information that I didn't asked for, which was very helpful. The app was very easy to use and very easy navigate considering it's my first time.

Wow this app is horrible Buggy and doctors are not responsive

i booked an appointment because the doctor was active but declined because of internet issues, if there were internet issues then they shouldn't be active or not be there at all! the refund is a long process and i needed that money. do not install this app, not recommended.

I book for an appointment for Internal Med Doctor. I am not yet finish asking questions she suddenly ended our conversation. She didn’t even say what should or shouldn’t eat in my case she just gave prescriptions base on what i said without explaining the results and ended the chat. It’s not been 20mins chat, she just took my money. I wasted my money to that doctor. I felt that i was scammed by that doctor.

They charged my card and it was marked as failed payment on their app. Been several weeks already but they haven't given an update on what they plan to do. Will report to proper government authorities.

Doctors are tagged as online, will ask you to wait for 15mins after paying only to find out they won’t accomodate you.

The doctor is always in a hurry. She doesn't listen to all the concerns. She just wants to finish the session quickly. During the follow-up, she didn't show up. I got a refund for what I paid, but I didn't go back. Their system is also slow, it always lags.

They charge you but doctors are not responding. Such a scam and waste of money

It is better to consult a doctor in the hospital/clinic if you need to do lab tests. They will charge for follow up consultation, making it more expensive.
