I’m so upset on this App. I did a consultation however it took me half and hour and still no one want to assist me with my concern!!!! What kind of app is this? Why this people are even doing their jobs? Just finished at work then want to do consultation but this trash APP are not even assisting me properly!! I paid for the consultation and yet anything happened I want my MONEY BACK!!!

This used to be my go-to whenever I needed to speak with a doctor. Now, it takes forever to reach a doctor. If you choose the callback option, they never call you back. Given that this is a paid service, we deserve better.

Doctors are very impatient and rude.

Grabe 15 mins consultation time pero 10 minutes na nakalipas wala pa sa chatroom doctor. Ending 5mins natira tapos walang napala puro probing questions lang nangyari. Mahal pa ng consultation fee!!! Multiple yata client na siniserve ginawang live chat amp

Wayback 2020 KonsultaMD really helped me a lot. It did not until 2023. The doctors are dubbed “Pilosopo”, not to mention all you’re asking is a little bit of consideration so you wouldn’t have to go out to see a physician face to face and leave your kids at home (to avoid risks of getting sick while waiting in the clinic). 2023 the Physicians in Konsulta MD don’t understand this anymore. They’re acting like you have be bed ridden and in the brink of death so they can help you with a medical certificate. All you’re asking is a little bit of compassion. Never going to use this app again.

My first video teleconsult was horrible. I didn’t know that I was not heard over the call because I was looking thru photos of my skin to send it to the Doctor. But she proceeded to blame me for not responding when I told her “Oh that’s weird, I was answering your Qs.” to which she replied with “No, you did not. Because I heard nothing”. That is insane to say. Then she proceeded to assume it was my internet? (I doubt it. Never had an issue with my wifi) When it could be the app? Obviously your Dr. isn’t very techy. I understand that but that doesn’t mean she could be rude about it. Unapproachable and rude. Madaling magalit, which is a con for a Dr. where the industry is very stressful. 3 years in practice and your educational background is mid. Taking it out on the patients using the app is crazy.

napaka impatient at ang rude pa sumagot, feeling above all e sobrang hindi naman marunong mag diagnose ng sakit. seems like baguhan na doctor at nangangailangan lang ng pera! did not even ask when and how nagstart yung symptoms and history, just blatantly prescribe something! when i refuse to use steroids as im afraid of TSW again, she just probably search on google alternative for steroids bcz she did not even know what percent to give. lol sayang naman yung years na inaral nya para maging eme emeng doctor lang para sa money! lol kawawa! do not go to this app for check up mas mabuti pang pumunta nalang ng opd sa hospitals or clinics, siguro pwede naman if eme eme lang din yung sakit mo, kasi eme eme din naman mga doctor dito lol!

No to this app again i had a doctor who was in a hurry and seemed irritable with my questions. The app should have screened their doctors

I used this app for the first time. I’ve booked an appointment for 10AM this morning since I need a clearance from a cardiologist. I was in the waiting room 10min. before the schedule and waited for another 30min. yet the “very professional” doctor did not show. What a waste of time!
