I am getting a lot value out of this app. I only with I could reset my old workout count and start from scratch.

It’s OK, but often not consistent. They are definitely some bugs that need to be worked out.

You need to allow manual adjustments without restrictions.

Would like to set my own program for specific amount of kegels and my own specific time for holds and rest. unfortunately i have to just set it at a certain level and complete that level X amount of times to hit my desired workout. I dont find any benefit in increasing levels set by the app if i use it often.

Recovering from prostate surgery this app was just what I needed offering a structured way to help me keep track while doing these exercises. Well worth the small investment for the app!

I thought that a paid app would offer more than 1 exercise ( there are more on youtube . ) I also expected at least a basic instructional video but nope . Go to youtube for instruction and set your own timers on your phone .

The app works well for its intended purpose, however, the reminders I set are not working properly. John from Support reached out to me, and worked with me to fix the problem. The app, now, works great. The company is very responsive and the app is great.

The best out of three different apps I’ve tried. Thank you developers.
