I have enjoyed this app, I got a new iPhone 14 Pro and my app doesn’t work. Is this app still working?
I like this app a lot. I actively complete any bonuses and surveys applicable to me at the time and am able to save so much from my purchases. But the one thing I’d like to see would be the ability to roll over points from month to month.
I have great savings with the app but recently it will not load so I can even use. I have missing points too.
It’s too bad this app doesn’t work because it has saved me a lot of money in the past.
This app (WHEN you can log in) does offer savings. However, along w/e-coupons, CashBack, & weekly deals, it contributes to the hoops customer has to jump thru to get those savings in 1 trip. That’s WHEN it works-50% of the time. Not sure frustration is worth couple of dollars - WHEN/if they’re finally credited.
I’m shocked people are complaining about this app. It saves me lots of money. Yes you need to be organized & use your coupon rewards but they give you plenty of time to redeem. This app is used in addition to the Kroger app where you can already save lots with digital coupons. Can’t rave enough about this Fresh Mode program & I hope it continues.
The only issue is I’ve had is that I haven’t received the 300 points promised for joining community rewards last month. Other things I’d like to see in this app: 1) points rollover month to month 2)a way to contact customer service in the app vs a phone number.
App won’t load and now I can’t use any of my points .
So aggravating that points don’t roll over!! I’m getting points based on the amount of money I spend, but then I can’t even use my leftover points because there aren’t any rewards under 100 points, and I can’t combine them with the following months points. I have 84 points from March…that don’t expire until April 30th…but I’ll never be able to use those 84 points because they don’t roll into my April points. Such a waste.
Worked great the first few months I had it. Then was unable to open the app for a long time. Months it would not load. Finally today I deleted the app and reinstalled to see if that would work. App now loads but I cannot log in. When I try to reset my password it tells me there is a problem with my email address. On a whim I tried setting up my account again and was told it was by invite only. I have an account. This is so frustrating. Please fix Kroger
