I’ve been using this app for a while now. Never had any problems.
When I try to get money back for grocery items, I can only get a cent here and there. Other Apps I get more money back uploading receipts.
I downloaded the app and I used it for two weeks and everything was fine! After that, I opened the app and I see “NO BENNER AVAILABLE” and I don’t have any deals except three deals!! I submitted a ticket to the customer service and they reply’s after 5 days with different things then my issue!!! I submitted 8 tickets explaining my issue they didn’t understand my issue!!!!!!!! After that, they replied to me after 10 days and the said they want my ID for safety and privacy! first to solve the issue!!!!!!! And they sent me a link to send my ID!!!! I reused to send it and I sent them a message asking them “ what is the relationship between my ID and solve my issue?” I told them I’m not satisfied and I won’t send you my ID! I only send it to the government or for someone important! I told them this request is a violation of my privacy!! They replied to me and said unfortunately, we cannot help you until you send your ID!!!! I replied to them I will not send my ID to cash back app. I send it to government only. I close my account and they didn’t respond to my message!!!! and they don’t care! I don’t understand why they disabled my account!!? I don’t know the reason!? Please use ibotta app instead! It’s amazing app!
I wish I could rate them a ZERO!!! I had the app for months with no issues. I was able to sync up my Walmart account to the app, so I simply clicked a button on the app when I had a new Walmart receipt to upload. Suddenly, and without notice, I couldn’t access my Tada account, so I contacted customer support. To my shock, the response was that I had violated their terms of use!! I requested proof of what I had done to violate their terms, but the response was that the matter was closed and would not be opened. I was locked out of my account and had no was to access the rebates I had accumulated (about $30 worth). I also reached out to BBB and filed a complaint there.
A little slow at building up the cash but I look at it this way; it’s free money just for scanning your receipts.
This app doesn’t work, and when you contact “Customer Service” (I put that in quotes because they’re a joke), they won’t help you unless you scan your ID into a 3rd-party app, which doesn’t work. Then, they deactivate your account for no reason, and again, won’t help you until you upload your ID into that separate app (which again, doesn’t work). When you tell them this doesn’t work, they refuse to respond. They took my receipt uploads, then refused to pay me when they deactivated my account for no reason. Scammers.
This is how I save money when shocking grocery prices are 33% higher in the Spring of 2024. I get it back in my wallet with TADA cash back.
Not a bad app but it takes really long to cash out because the cards only start at $20. Other than that, good app for only a little bit of work.
I tried to upload 10 receipts over a seven day period yet not a single one would upload into their system. Every time I tried, I got an error message telling you that that receipt had already been redeemed – even when I tried to input it for the first time, just minutes after leaving the store. When I contacted their customer service, spending way too much time, inputting separate tickets for each Receipt I tried to upload, I received a generic, irrelevant response for each one saying that that receipt had already been redeemed. Tada has an activity log, and it clearly says that I had zero receipts redeemed in my activity, log, yet their customer service ignored that!!! It’s a very crappy system with even crappier customer service.
I like the idea of instant rebate, but on the redemption part, I redeemed a $50 kohl’s gift card, but when I tried to add it in the kohl’s app, it kept giving the error msg “pin and code didn’t match”. I am still waiting for Customer Support to resolve this. Also on the profile pls show customer’s email, I forgot which email I used to register and took me long time to find out🤣
