Won’t apply discount codes and the stores aren’t able to match or do anything so I’m stuck. Also the company wants you to add money to the in app card but when I go to the store they can’t scan and use the money I reloaded on the app. Love the tea and would like to go more often but with how bad the app works I’ve decided not to go multiple times. I tried to look into support on the website and it’s just like the app, terrible. They are more interested in getting me to see their TikTok page than looking to see how they can improve their stuff for customers. Just good tea isn’t going to cut it.

My experience with the app has been great I’ve been able to submit my order with no problems and I have become a loyal customer since 2018 great boba 🧋

I signed up using someone’s referral code and I tried to sign into the app and it saids I need the sign in link which I got but every time I clicked on the link it brings me to the app where it saids token has been taken. I have tried multiple times now like do you not want me to use the app??!?!2?3!

Black Friday deal is a lie Only took off 2.60 off a 15.50 Bill So sad always issues it’s never easy They misrepresente the deal And the app always problems I called customer service no help Very sad love the tea horrible for the customer like i had 6 separate issues

Title says it all! I k is what I saw and I saw a delivery fee. So now all I can do is send an email to be contacted about the issue after… how long? I didn’t even get any correspondence back from my last email. Useless.

This app wont even let me login let alone earn my rewards, love the boba tea tho but please fix the app.

Stuck in a verify email state, and when clicking forgot password it never sends an email to reset password even when pushing send again. And no it’s not bc my storage is full

As I was checking out my order disappeared and it charged my card????? I went to my purchase history and nothing was there. I had to talk to the manager to fix this.
