Love the linea micra, but the app is horrible. every few week it loses connection to wifi or bluetooth or both. disappointing!

Alles in allem erfüllt die App das, wofür sie gemacht ist. Von Verbindungsproblemen kann ich nicht berichten. Einschalten von unterwegs klappt super. Einzig die Darstellung ist etwas simpel und einige unnötige Sachen in der App. Aber alles in allem gut

Purtroppo troppi problemi di connessione, sopratutto durante l'estrazione, il momento più importante dove il cronometro perde la connessione o chiude la presa del tempo. Sugli IOS precedenti l’applicazione funziona a tratti o non si avvia più. Costretto di utilizzarla solo sul mio IPhone 13. Adesso l’app è utilizzata solo per ON/OFF e regolazione della temperatura... per una macchina di questo livello ci si aspetta un pò di più.

Positive 1. Has always turned on and off according to the schedule. Negative 1. Connection is never stable. 2. Shot timer doesn’t start 3. Shot timer starts but it looses connection and stop the timer at 10 seconds or something 4. Auto back flush doesn’t detect turning on the paddle and said the connection fail. 5. Back flush does start but looses connection or says back flush complete. 6. Setting the schedule is extremely laggy. I probably forgot a few negatives but it almost never fails to give me a bad user experience. With a +3k machine I expect an app that enhances the experience or at least be able to change temperature and settings on the machine. It shocks me someone actually approved such a horrible app. This app needs a huge overhaul.

Die App hat zahlreiche usability Probleme. Die wichtigste Funktion (on/off) erreicht man erst in einem Untermenü, dafür sind andere Hauptmenüs völlig irrelevant (wer braucht das Vertriebsnetz?). Die Darstellung ist mangelhaft, zum Beispiel in den Statistiken. Das einloggen ist mühsam und unnötig, die Maschine kann auch nur von einem Smartphone bedient werden (für eine Familie eine unnötige Einschränkung). Alles in allem wird die App der Maschine in keinster Weise gerecht und schadet den Image eines hochwertigen (und teuren) Produkts massiv

Die App braucht man ja nirmalerweise gar nicht. Primär wird die Wassertemperatur auf 1/10 Grad eingestellt und der Dampfboiler ein- oder ausgeschaltet. Man muss da ehrlich sein. Dafür ist die App ok. Ich gehe dabei aber davon aus, dass die Maschine ganz normal am physischen Schalter eingeschaltet wird und an diesem Schalter auch wieder ausgeschaltet. Will man die Maschine aber via die App bedienen, wofür diese App u.a. auch gemacht wurde, dann wird es etwas mühsam, weil erst die Verbindung aufgebaut werden muss, was etwas langsam ist. Dazu muss die Verbindung auf "grün" stehen, damit etwas geht. Oft ist die Verbindung "blau", was so viel wie remote heisst. Da lässt sich kein Dampfboiler bedienen. Als App schliessen und wieder startet und hoffen, dass es jetzt klappt. Also recht mühsam. Ich muss hingegen nie meine Maschinendaten neu eingeben; das klappt schon. Die App ist weit weg von ideal, aber verteufeln sollte man sie auch nicht.

Super App 👍🏻 Maschine kann von unterwegs ein oder ausgeschaltet, sowie konfiguriert werden. Einzig das Design der App ist etwas altmodisch. Das ist aber Ansichtssache.

Since the most recent update, this app has been rock solid for me in controlling my La Marzocco Linea Mini. I really enjoy the added functionality I get from my 2023 machine.

Dear La Marzocco, for what possible legitimate purpose do you require geolocation to use this app? Perhaps to collect as much data about your users as possible and then sell it? What a shame, you used to be a well respected company but is quickly sinking in my eyes. This app should not require internet connection at all. I’m controlling my machine that is sitting on a counter right next to me. But no, we cannot allow that, how would you capitalize on your customers data then. Disgusting.
