Too annoying

This game is full of bugs and their customer service will continually tell you there is no problem (even when everyone you talk to is having the same issue), or they’ll acknowledge the problem and tell you that they’re aware of it, but not going to fix it, or they’ll acknowledge the will say they are passing it on to the relevant department and then nothing happens. This is particularly annoying when real money has been spent on the big filled items. A lot of kids download, play for a week and then give up. There are not many actual players and when you are waiting for an opponent in the pageant, it gets a bit tedious as no-one appears. Used to be a great addictive game, but since the major update in 2020, it has gone downhill and is still heading in that direction. Really bad game!!

I have to delete the game twice and and lose I big amount of gems that I purchased with my real money and was coming 1st contests. The game keeps freezing on level 7 during the archive and favourite tutorial. Can you please fix this

Lost account

I just tried to log in, but instead i somehow logged into a brand new account??? All of my progress is lost 😡 I have been playing the game since its original launch back in 2009. Then I transferred into fashion arena around 2012/2013. Now everything is lost. How can I get it back?

Pay to win kind of game

I play the game for many years, but lately it turns out they made it pay to win. If you don't spend real money you can't get the clothes you want. And the prices are way to high for a game like this.
