gioco bellissimo , ma ho perso 2 account perché non riconosce le credenziali (ovviamente corrette ) , ho contattato più volte l assistenza del gioco si limitano a rispondere una volta senza darti un aiuto concreto…

Gioco da anni a questo gioco e ora non riesco piu ad entrare, mi chiede email e password

uno dei miei giochi preferiti; vi giuro che ci gioco da quando ero una bambina di 10 anni (ho 23 anni ora) e non ha mai smesso di piacermi!!!
Non riesco ad accedere al mio account
Da oggi ho problemi ad accedere al gioco. Premetto che in genere non effettuo il logout, nonostante ciò e nonostante il gioco funzionasse normalmente fino a poche ore fa, ora x entrare mi chiede il login. Ma il problema non e tanto quello, quanto il fatto che accedendo con username e password mi fa ripartire dal livello 1, quando in realtà sono al livello 42. Ho fatto un sacco di acquisti in app, ed essendo già successo in precedenza di aver perso il gioco precedente e i relativi acquisti, ritrovandomi costretta a ricominciare dall’inizio, non vorrei succedesse di nuovo. Vi sarei grata se mi spiegaste come poter accedere dal mio livello attuale. Grazie

Dopo l’aggiornamento l’app non si apre più, gioco bellissimo, ma se non risolvete questo problema dovrò eliminarlo e mi dispiacerebbe.
Problemi caricamento
Adoro , sono anni che ci gioco. La versione per il telefono è fantastica, puoi portarlo sempre con te. Unica pecca, dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento il giorno non funziona. Ogni volta devi eliminare l’app e scaricarla di nuovo. Spero risolviate
