Will not connect to my car since last update. So disappointed. Please fix!

It keeps stating vehicle is in sleep mode…it isn’t

I cannot use any remote features in last few weeks; don’t know if last update broke something.

Overall I like the app - it’s nice to get the reminders to lock the car, the ability to turn on the climate, etc Isssues and suggestions for improvement: There is a bug where it constantly says my gas is low, even with full tank. It would be really nice to be able to schedule Guardian Mode - for example M-F, turn on from 11pm till 7am, etc. Manually enabling every day works ok but a schedule would be nice to not forget.

This app is not working properly sometimes it works, but most of the time is not working.

This app is horrible. I have a 2017 Discovery and the in app remote start doesn’t connect to the vehicle to work. I’ve seen other reviews and I see I am not alone. My GMC app worked perfectly with no issues. You would think LR brand would do better based on how much you pay for the name. Too darn hot/cold in Texas for the app to not work. Trash

It’s Great but I’d like to be able to have the seats warmed or cooled via remote, too.

I'm not updating my entire phone to iOS16 just so I can use this silly little app. If my choice is to update my iOS or delete your app, then I'm choosing to delete it. Then again, it's kind of moot since I'm selling my new Defender because my Grenadier is arriving soon.

It never works. Ever.

I’ve had the app about a year. And it’s worked fine. Except occasional connection issues. I like the access it provides. However l, since the update, it’s telling me doors are open, but locked and auto is armed. Odd errors. Hope they can be resolved eventually. Again, overall, this is a very nice convenience to have - especially the remote start, when the climate is very hot, it’s nice to have the a/c running pre-entry.
