It Would be so nice to be able to do up widows on the app

Worked brilliantly until last week. App started to send reminders that my RR evoque was unlocked when it wasn’t and now the app has gone asleep for a week. I have deleted the car from the app and waiting for it to be removed and will attempt to download the app and add the car again. So annoying that the agents in chat have not been helpful.

Door lock function unavailable for months now!

Same here since the June 2024 update the app fails to connect.

Update: June 2024 - So, new update released but no changes to reliability, still doesn’t connect to my car which worked absolutely fine until version 2.18.4…had car checked over by JLR no issues found but the telematics units software was updated ‘just in case’ but still no difference. Too much of a coincidence for this not to be app or server related rather than my car as it connects fine the day before the update………not worked now for almost 3 months, Absolute shambles! Since the last update (2.18.4) this doesn’t connect to the car and doesn’t update, however used to work fine. This has been going on for 4 weeks now so I had my car checked over by Land Rover, all is fine with my car so must be the app……very poor considering we pay for this service 😡

The remote charging function is hopeless

So moved from Mercedes to Range Rover, the app has always lagged with updates needs constant refreshing. Now after 4 months, bought from new, simply tells me mixed messages, car unlocked when locked, not alarmed when alarmed also driving when locked alarmed. In addition to this, it is common for refreshing to take upto 1 day. Not sure I will renew as it is pointless. regards

After coming from a BMW, this app is awful. Half the time it doesn’t work despite a decent internet connection. Setting charging times seems to only work about 10% of the time. Recent authentication changes have broken all integrations. And their is just so clunky and doesn’t flow naturally. Get a decent product owner and some UI specialists. It needs an overhaul

Worked fine for last 7 years but new version needs IOS 16 or higher so useless now unless I buy new phone. Is there not an older version available that runs on IOS 15?

Sometimes the app says locked and sometimes locked and alarmed when it’s always the latter as I always press the key twice to deadlock the vehicle. So annoying LR, why can’t your tech team make an app that actually reflects the right status. Is it really that difficult?
